With its abundance of active ingredients (such as grape extracts, birch leaves, Centella Asiatica leaves, horse chestnut leaves, guarana, Ginkgo biloba, anise essential oil, lemon essential oil, thyme essential oil, niaouli, clove essential oil, and peppermint essential oil), our product offers:
  1. Enhanced local microcirculation
  2.  Increased lipolysis (in the early stages of PEFS), noting that weight loss should be approached with a dietary plan under medical supervision.
It is advised not to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to the high concentration of active ingredients, especially essential oils. However, it is safe for those with thyroid issues.

How to Use Active Draining Mud:

Apply an even layer of the product from the soles of your feet upwards with a gentle massage to the groin area (it can also be applied to the abdomen and arms, starting from the soles of the feet).

Leave it on (as described in the protocols) and rinse off with lukewarm water.

The effectiveness of the treatment is enhanced when used in combination with a wrapping film or polyethylene suit. Follow the treatment protocols provided.

Practical: as it does not require you to remain still and wrapped for extended periods, it can be applied like a cream, allowing you to dress and go about your day.

It does not produce heat, making it suitable for both warm and cold periods.

Due to the high concentration of botanical ingredients and essential oils, wash your hands thoroughly after application and avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

Mud Application Time:

  1. Applied as a cream "I dress and go about my day!": all day if applied in the morning, or a minimum of 3-4 hours before showering. Avoid sports activities and wrapping during this time, as well as graduated compression stockings/leggings. After an evening shower, avoid using the draining gel.
  2. Mud + sports activity: 1 to 1.5 hours, rinsed off after physical activity, followed by the application of draining gel or body milk.
  3. Mud with wrapping/film/leggings/compression stockings: 1 to 3 hours maximum (must be rinsed off due to active ingredients).
As it is an active product, the mud should not be kept on all day under occlusion and must always be rinsed off afterward.

Best Time to Apply:

The best time for application is in the morning or late afternoon by 5:00 PM, not at night (to allow the body to eliminate toxins overnight).

It is not recommended to apply the mud in the evening and keep it on all night (as lymphatic circulation activates at night to collect and dispose of waste, cleaning our body of toxins, making morning or early afternoon application more effective).

Tips: In the evening, we recommend a relaxing tea to improve sleep quality.

Difference between Active Draining Mud and Draining Leg Gel:- The mud has a draining, lipolytic, venous-toning action and can be applied on legs, abdomen, and arms.
- The gel has a draining, fatigue-relieving, vasoprotective action, only for the legs (against swelling and/or heavy legs), especially recommended in hot weather.

Rubina Cellulite Treatment Protocol (for year-round treatment)

1 month (intensive):

- First 2 weeks: 3 times on alternate days -> scrub + mud + gel/body milk;
- Last 2 weeks: 2 times a week -> scrub + mud + gel/body milk.

2nd, 3rd month (maintenance): to be done for at least the next 2 months:

- Once a week -> scrub + mud + gel/body milk;
- Daily: draining gel and/or body milk.

The treatment can conclude with just the 2 months of maintenance or continue for more than 2 months.

Preferably, after the 2 months of maintenance, resume the 1st-month protocol and so on.

4rd month: the last option is most recommended for lasting results. This way, we will have 4 months of intensive treatments and 8 months of maintenance throughout the year.
